Donation terms

Donations to Savithri Foundation, Inc. are voluntary gifts to a 501(c)(3) public charity (EIN 85-2256759) and are used for the foundation's charitable purposes at the discretion of its board of directors. Gifts are not refundable. If a gift was made in error, email info [at] savithri.org within 30 days and we will review it.

Online donations are processed by PayPal under PayPal's own terms and privacy policy; the foundation does not receive or store card details. We provide a written acknowledgment for every gift, which you can use for tax purposes. Please consult your tax advisor about deductibility in your situation.

Grant and scholarship decisions are made by the board and are final. Submitting an application does not create an obligation to fund it.
